Such a simple catchy phrase but fraught with doubt, fears and so many questions. YES!  Leaving a familiar space to find a new place is certainly challenging to say the least.

A home is so intregal to one’s well being and identity.  This involves the emotional anxiety of moving.  As well as there is the practical side to consider.  Questions arise as to when and where and how to move.  There are financial concerns, the understanding of paperwork as well as the legal language to absorb.  There is the negotiating of a closing date and the need for lawyers to make everything official.

After almost 3 decades in my home, I decided it was time to start a new chapter in my life. To enter this new phase, I would need to sell my home. I was unsure about how to find a Realtor. Thankfully a family member had highly recommended Brian & Garry North.

I immediately felt at ease when I first met Brian and Garry. They were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to ensure I understood the listing process and patiently answered the many questions I had.
